-- once at your site via the shortened link, the original url still shows in the address bar of the browser.
This one is okay if you just quickly need
a short URL for something and it doesn't matter to you that you cannot control the resulting text of the
url or edit it later, or that the original url will show in the address bar of the browser once at the site.

This means you can "point" (redirect or forward) your domain name which
